LORI ROCKWELL, BROKER/OWNER

Lori began in the real estate industry in 1997, assisting agents with their needs. In June of 2000, she helped start up a new real estate office and worked as Office Manager. June of 2001, she received her Sales Associate license, and in June of 2002, earned a Broker Associate license. As Broker/Owner, she began Rockwell Realty Team LLC in July of 2007. She has also had the pleasure of having been voted in by her peers to serve as an officer on the Kosciusko County Board of REALTORS® Board of Directors from 2008-2010, and then voted as Vice President of the board for the year 2011. She has also servied as Co-Chairperson of the Social Committee, Secretary of the Public Relations Committee, Board Mentor on the Education Committee. Married since 1981, she is also the proud mother of 2 sons, and is very active in her church where she serves as a Youth Ministry Leader.



LANI MARSHALL, REALTOR® ASSOCIATE

Lani was raised in the Warsaw Area. and now resides in Milford with her husband Michael. Her son and daughter are both grown and pursuing careers. The lakes area is her home and can't imagine a better place to live and play. She has been independently in sales and management since 1991, and has been welcomed into hundreds of homes all over Indiana. She is dedicated to finding the right home for buyers and assisting sellers in finding the best buyers for their properties. She enjoys the process of selling real estate, and is committed to making every effort for her clients, therefore making it a less stressful experience.



SHELIA CHARLTON, REALTOR® ASSOCIATE

Shelia has lived in Syracuse for 40 years, and served the public in Hospice for Kosciusko County Hospital for 4 years, owned a floral shop in North Webster for 5 years, and has driven a school bus for the Wawasee Community School system for 5 years. She thoroughly enjoys spending time with her husband, 5 children and 5 grandchildren. She received her Sales Associate real estate license in 2006, and is devoted to serving the public with compassion, honesty and dedication. She is also committed to completing transactions with the most current real estate knowledge available. She considers herself to be very outgoing, and obtains much satisfaction from working with the public and meeting new people.
